It's tough to pigeonhole Tucson's commercial real estate industry. While one subsector (such as medical offices) can be going strong, another (like independent gas stations) is dwindling. Zac and Thelma discuss how to get a big picture of the commercial real estate market when it seems to be heading in many different directions.
