Senate Debates Come to AZPM

Arizona Public Media is the home for GOP and Democratic US Senate Debates

The three candidates in the Republican US Senate primary are coming to a special edition of Arizona Illustrated for a live debate. On July 17th, Senator John McCain, J.D. Hayworth, and Jim Deakin will meet in the Arizona Illustrated studio for a one-hour debate. So far, the Arizona Public Media debate is the only scheduled time all three candidates will meet face to face in Southern Arizona.

Democrats Rodney Glassman, John Dougherty, Cathy Eden, and Randy Parraz will meet August 5th in our studios for their debate. Arizona Illustrated host Bill Buckmaster will moderate both debates.
