News of a breakthrough in trade relations between Tucson and Mexico – Vicente Fox is working to foster collaboration between a Tucson entrepreneurial nonprofit and its counterpart across the border. Arizona Public Media sat down with the businessman and former president of Mexico about the partnership with Startup Tucson, NAFTA and the future of trade relations between the U.S. and Mexico.
