What's Next For SB 1070 Legal Challenge?

University of Arizona Law Professor Gabriel "Jack" Chin says SB 1070 might not reach the US Supreme Court. While an appeal of the federal judge's temporary injunction invalidating key provisions in Arizona's immigration law is certain, having the matter reach the nation's highest court is not certain, according to Professor Chin.
