Tucson's Violent Year

The number of homicides in the city of Tucson has soared this year. Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor will discuss the homocide rate and the overall crime rate in the city.

Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor says while the homicide numbers have risen dramatically in the city, the overall crime rate is down. The chief offers his views on what is behind the numbers. Chief Villasenor also discusses a variety of safety issues including red-light runners and the use of intersection cameras.
