  • More than 700 species of bee co-exist in the Sonoran Desert region. Tony Paniagua speaks to three members of The Tucson Bee Collaborative - Jennifer Katcher, a biology professor at Pima Community College; Katie Stout, a University of Arizona undergraduate; and Wendy Moore, an associate professor with the University of Arizona’s department of entomology - about how they are working to increase awareness of this diversity, and introduce local students to new research opportunities.

- What’s on your bucket list? Join us for the third chapter of “The 89–90 Trip”, as father and daughter Larry Schnebly and Lisa Schnebly-Heidinger celebrate Larry’s 90th birthday with a road trip on U.S. Highway 89, from Prescott, Arizona to the Canadian border. Along the way, they visit many landmarks from Larry’s colorful life. This week, they visit Panguitch, Utah on their way to Salt Lake City and points further north.

- And, Mark talks with the director Richard Gremel and lead actress Samantha Cormier about “Tilly the Trickster”, a new family-friendly musical at The Live Theatre Workshop based on a childrens book written by former Saturday Night Live cast member Molly Shannon. “Tilly the Trickster” runs from November 29th to December 28th, with performances Friday & Saturday evenings at 7 pm and Saturday & Sunday afternoons at 3 pm at Live Theatre Workshop, 5317 East Speedway.
