The 2012 Oracle Oaks Festival will be held Saturday.

The festival includes a parade, petting zoo, music and other events throughout the day.

"We make it kind of family events so we attract communities around us all the way from Globe, which is about 50 miles as well as Tucson." says festival volunteer Jerry Swillie.

Festival coordinator Shirley Swillie agrees.

"It's a time for family and sharing," Shirley Swillie says, "and this is probably our biggest profit for the community center because everything in the community center is done by volunteers and that's the only way we can get income. It's the biggest draw for Oracle."
