Ayudantes en la Frontera (The Border Helpers)

Mark Adams and Miriam Maldonado Escobar found a new community and a new purpose helping vulnerable migrants at the border.

For different reasons, Mark Adams and Miriam Maldonado Escobar both felt obligated to migrate to the border in the late 90s, where they met. They left their homes and dreams behind to find a new community and a new purpose. They’ve raised their family and dedicated their lives to working with the Presbyterian church to help thousands of vulnerable migrants every year.
